God Who Works Beyond What We Imagine

Our God always desires to accomplish works far beyond what we think or ask. Yet we often tend to limit our expectations to what we can see with our eyes, hear with our ears, or understand within our own reasoning and common sense. We take what people say, what we hear in the news, and our past experiences as the standard, and based on that limited perspective we define our future.

However, God’s work always surpasses our thoughts and our common sense. He has already prepared wonderful plans and works for us—things far beyond anything we could imagine.

The Bible records many examples of how God broke through human limitations and brought about extraordinary miracles:

• God split the Red Sea, opening a way for the Israelites in a situation that appeared completely hopeless. No one could have imagined such a deliverance except God Himself.

• Jesus fed more than five thousand people with only five loaves and two fish. What was impossible by human calculation became abundant provision in God’s hands.

• Jesus also raised the widow’s son in the town of Nain, restoring hope to a family immersed in grief.

These mighty works of God form the foundation on which we can hold on to unshakable hope. When we begin to believe in God’s work by faith, new hope fills our hearts, giving us strength and energy to move forward no matter what situation we may be facing.

Transformation begins when we believe in the unseen works of God—that He will surely accomplish them. As we vividly envision the future that God has prepared for us, we gain strength and courage to continue walking no matter the circumstances.

Today, God has prepared blessings and guidance beyond what you can imagine. Let us continue to place our hope in His extraordinary works and expect great things by faith.

Scripture: Ephesians 3:20

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us…”
